What these terms cover

These terms apply to the temv.io website. They do not govern use of the Temvio product, which will be provided under a separate agreement when it becomes generally available.

Who we are

Temvio is an early-stage company in formation, building a team health and delivery analytics platform. Until incorporation is complete, the contact point is hello@temv.io. These terms will be updated with the registered entity once that is done.

This site is informational

Nothing here is an offer to sell, and no contract is formed by reading it. You cannot create an account or buy anything on this site.

Prices and product descriptions are indicative

Temvio is pre-launch. The prices, tiers, capabilities and timelines shown are our current intent, not a binding commitment, and may change before general availability. Where the site describes a result from our pilot, it states the scope of that pilot alongside it, and that result is not a promise of the same outcome for any other team.

Demo and external links

The demo is a work in progress and is provided as is, for evaluation. This site also links to third-party services, including LinkedIn. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

Intellectual property

The Temvio name, the wordmark, the site design and its text are ours. You may quote or link to this site with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our marks in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist. Third-party product names mentioned in comparisons belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those products.

Comparisons

Where this site compares Temvio with other products, the comparison is based on capabilities documented publicly by those vendors, and the date of that reading is stated on the page. If you believe something is inaccurate, tell us at hello@temv.io and we will correct it.

No warranty

This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by Spanish law, with the courts of Barcelona having jurisdiction, reflecting where Temvio is being established. This will be confirmed when the company is registered.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
