Privacy Policy

Last updated 7 August 2026

The short version

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain, so visiting this site does not tell Google or anyone else that you were here. Nothing on this site asks for your consent because nothing on it needs your consent.

Who is responsible

Temvio is an early-stage company in formation. Until the company is registered, the contact point for anything in this policy is hello@temv.io. This policy will be updated with the registered entity and address once incorporation is complete.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the temv.io website only. The Temvio product processes customer data under a separate agreement, which will be published when the product becomes generally available.

What we collect when you visit

Nothing that identifies you is collected by us directly. We use no cookies, no local storage for tracking, no fingerprinting and no analytics.

Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes technical data needed to deliver the page and protect the service, including your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser’s user-agent string. This is standard server logging. Vercel acts as our processor, and its infrastructure may process this data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in Vercel’s own data processing terms.

What we collect when you write to us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you choose to include. We use it to reply and, where relevant, to continue the conversation about Temvio. We do not add you to a mailing list on the basis of a single email, and we do not sell or share your details.

Legal basis

  • Server logs: our legitimate interest in delivering and securing the website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Email correspondence: our legitimate interest in responding to you, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).

How long we keep it

Server logs are retained for the period set by our hosting provider, which is short and measured in days rather than years. Email correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, and is deleted on request.

Links to other sites

This site links to the product demo and to LinkedIn profiles. Those are separate services with their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them. Following a link is your choice, and no data is sent to those services until you follow it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, ask us to correct or erase it, restrict or object to how we use it, and request a copy in a portable form. Write to hello@temv.io and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Spain this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change is material, for example if we introduce analytics, we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing the text.
